I ordered from nyk1 i was kind of surprised by how quickly I started seeing results. Not like instant or anything, but definitely sooner than I expected, you know? I’m giving it 4 stars because I do feel like the updates could be a bit clearer, but overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

I ordered from nyk1.com and I wasn’t expecting it to show up so fast.
My parcel arrived in just a couple of days and the tracking was easy to follow. Nothing got lost or held up which was a nice relief.
Overall I’m really happy with how it went. I’d definitely order again especially if the delivery is this quick every time.

I ordered from them once, the delivery took way too long. There were barely any updates along the way, so I was just left wondering where my package was. The product itself was fine, but the shipping situation? Give me a break. It definitely made me think twice about ordering again.

My first impression was that the site felt a little clunky on my phone. The pages took longer to load than I expected, the menu wasn’t super easy to figure out, and checkout felt less smooth than it should have. It worked in the end, but right away it gave me the feeling that the experience could be more polished.

I wouldn’t buy it again, but someone who likes stronger scents might feel differently.

Maybe other people had a totally fine experience, but for me, trust is everything when buying online. If a brand doesn’t feel clear and upfront from the start, I usually assume it’s going to be a hassle, so I just left it and wouldn’t use them unless they make things way more transparent

I stuck with this for months hoping I’d eventually see some kind of difference, but my hair looked exactly the same the whole time. No extra thickness, no real improvement, nothing. And when I reached out to support, they took forever to get back to me, which kinda made me wonder if they’re just banking on people giving up before asking questions. The balm itself seems okay, but the applicator is frustrating. It was made to sound like it would be easy and clean to use, and it’s just not. It’s awkward to control, gets messy fast, and I end up wasting way more product than I should. Kind of annoying when the part that’s supposed to make it convenient does the opposite.

This feels smooth on my skin and has a nice texture overall. It’s not the most luxurious thing I’ve tried, but it’s comfortable and pleasant to use.

The box looked neat when it arrived, which was nice. I’m not totally convinced it would hold up to rough handling, but for my order it was fine.

It went on easy, honestly. I was expecting it to be more of a hassle, but nope, applied it without much trouble at all. defintely easy enough.

I did eventually get my issue sorted, so that’s good, but getting there was more hassle than I expected. I had to follow up a couple of times just to get a straight answer, and some of the replies felt like they were pulled from a template rather than actually dealing with what I asked. Maybe they were busy, I don’t know, but the whole thing dragged on longer than it should have. Not a terrible experience in the end, just not exactly smooth either.
